We offer monthly and yearly subscription services, with the first month free. If a free trial is taken, customers must join a setup webinar within the first 14 days. The subscription is a rolling contract, requiring one month's notice for cancellation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping

We do not offer physical products, so there are no shipping terms applicable.

5.2 Delivery

Our standard delivery time for a full build of website and funnel onto the system is 31 days, provided clients reply in a timely manner. For free trial and DIY setup, services should be operational within a week. Delays may occur for larger builds, and no guarantees on timescales are provided. Subscription payments commence one month after setup, regardless of setup completion.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns

As our products are digital, we do not accept returns.

6.2 Refunds

Setup fees and monthly fees are non-refundable due to the immediate commencement of work and the nature of the digital goods provided. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Software For Small Businesses Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7.2 Limited Licence

7.3 Restrictions

Anything created on our system stays on the system, and we do not allow transfers away from this. Workflows and copy created by us must not be replicated onto other similar systems for resale or personal use.

8.2 Integrated Third-Party Services

We integrate with LeadConnector, Twilio, and Google Drive. Users must agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party services separately. LeadConnector is responsible for data security and any breaches will be reported to them via us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Software For Small Businesses Ltd, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Your use or inability to use the Service;

- Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;

- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party;

- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
